■Slicer  :
Used to thin slice meat.

■Thin Slicer  :
Thinner than regular slicer and used to cut thinner slice meat.

■Dimpled Slicer  :
Dimple avoides thin sliced meat stickes to the knife.

■Japanese Grip Slicer  :
Changed the grip to Japanese style to get similar appearance to Japanese style knives. The grip is also exchangable.
