Exchange of the Goods or Order Cancellation

■ If the Ordered Item is Out of Stock

Even when the kinife is not listed "out of stock", the stock of the knife may have run out of stock. In case we cannot ship the ordered knife in a few days, we will ask if you would like to wait until the estimated date the knife will be produced or cancel the order. There is no charge for cancellation of this time and if credit card payment is completed, we will take measures to cancel the paymaent.

■ If the Delivered Item is Broken

Please keep the packing as well as the item as it is, and advise us immediately (at least in a day or two). Shipping company will visit you and investigate the situation.(Inside of Japan) In the mean time, we arrange alternative goods for shipment. When the goods are ready and the shipping company approves, we will ship the new goods to be exchanged with the broken item.

■ Change Order

Until you make credit card payment, you can make changes. If you placed an order on site and did not finish payment or if you placed an order by e-mail and have received our e-mail for payment but did not finish the written process, just leave it and place a new order. You just need to finish the payment of the new order. We are sorry, but once the credit card payment is made, no change of the orders is allowed.

■ Order Cancellation

Until you make credit card payment, you can cancel your order. If you placed an order on site and did not finish payment or if you placed an order by e-mail and have received our e-mail for payment but did not finish the written process, just leave it. Nothing will happen until you make payment. We are sorry, but once the credit card payment is made, no cancellation of the orders is allowed.
