All the knives sold on our web site are inspected and approved by the manufacturer, Aoki Hamono Seisakusho Co., Ltd, the factory of "Sakai Takayuki" brand, who is one of the only six knife manufacturers awarded "Sakai wazashu - company with tradition and unique technology" by the Sakai chaimber of commerce and industry. We believe you can count on their quality.
